With a Rs 10 crore investment (USD 1.50 million) in our brand new Bengaluru facility, strategically located near Electronic City on Hosur Road, we have among the top 5 plants in Bengaluru in terms of capability. Key investments include:
- Nutek Loader: A large single magazine Nutek loader (can also handle midsized magazines).
- ASYS Solder Paste Printer: World-class ASYS solder paste printer — XPERT 5, with cartridge option, Grid-Lok tooling, Magna print for universal squeeze, and a built-in air conditioner unit for absolutely stable solder paste temperature.
- 3D Solder Paste Measurement: An inline 3D solder paste height measurement system from Cyber Optics USA, SE 350.
- Assembleon AX-501 SMD Placement System: A 20-robot Assembleon AX-501 SMD placement system with 7 ppm placement guarantee, 30 μm placement accuracy, true placement speed of 75,000 CPH, fine-pitch capability down to 01005-sized chip components and 45 sq mm ICs, 260 intelligent feeders (8 mm to 44 mm), and placement force control up to 70 Newtons.
- I-Pulse / Yamaha M20 Multi Function Mounter: 25 μm placement accuracy at 3σ, cassette tray changer unit with 36 trays, glue head, placement force control of 70 Newton, and almost 100 intelligent feeders of 8, 12, 16, 24, 32 mm and multilane stick feeders with nozzles to handle a huge variety of components.
- Vitronics Soltec MR933+: A full nitrogen reflow soldering system with centre board support, built-in oxygen analyser, SMEMA, auto width adjustment, advanced cooling, and chiller option.
- Inline AOI System: An award-winning inline AOI system — the SE 500 from Cyber Optics USA — with rework station and SPC software, followed by a large-size Nutek unloader (can also handle midsized magazines).
- PDR Rework System: A PDR rework system from the UK capable of handling large boards without requiring nozzles for different component sizes.
- Stereo Microscopes: Two stereo microscopes from Vision Engineering UK, with zoom up to 40×.
- Stencil Cleaning: Cyber Clean 1000 stencil cleaning system.
- Flying Probe Test System: Flying probe test system for electrical verification of assembled boards.
- X-Ray Inspection: X-ray inspection with 0.95 μm accuracy — Dage Jade FP.
- Contamination Testing & Rework: Ionic contamination testing and focused IR rework station from PDR UK.
